area network was established to connect it. Communication between the computers
in the network and the CNC of the experimental platform can be achieved. The
part processing program and PMC program compiled by students on a PC can be
directly transmitted to the CNC, and system parameters and data can also be
transferred between the two.
The experimental platform is a comprehensive experimental operation platform
that trains students to master the programming methods of CNC machine tools, as
well as practical hands-on skills in electrical design, installation, debugging,
and maintenance of CNC machine tools. This platform adopts a modular design,
which is easy to combine and expand, as well as inspection and debugging. By
using this device, students can not only master the electrical design, control
principles, electrical debugging and maintenance methods of CNC machine tools,
as well as the selection of components, but also simulate the industrial
production process, achieving the effect of industrial production on-site
internship. This device can also help researchers and technicians further
understand the electrical structure of CNC machine tools and carry out secondary
development of CNC machine tools. This experimental platform has been promoted
to domestic universities, vocational colleges, and secondary technical schools,
